Job Summary

Strategic Planning and Budgeting

  • Maintain financial accounting systems for bank and cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, GL and petty cash
  • Identify gaps and discuss corrective actions to address non compliances with aggregator
  • Maintain the defined service level agreements with internal customers
  • Preparation or review of delegation of authority matrix document
  • Assisting in preparation of financial budget

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance related to deposition of all statutory dues related to Excise, VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax, PF, ESI, LWF
  • Maintain compliance related to service tax

Accounting and MIS

  • Ensure accounting of all financial transactions as per India GAAP and other statutory regulations
  • Follow preparation of accounting records as per pre defined guidelines
  • Audit all expense invoice processing
  • Responsible for verification of fixed assets schedule
  • Handle and solve day to day issues of GHO team related to accounting operations and AX updation
  • Distribution of service tax on quarterly basis

People Management

  • Ensure availability of the right talent within the department
  • Ensure retention of key talent within department and hire in case of any vacancies
  • Review and monitor performance of subordinates on an ongoing basis and provide requisite development support or inputs
  • Recommend training as required for subordinate development
  • Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need
