Job Summary

About the Role

At Digital Jockey, we specialize in helping businesses win more revenue and customers from the web. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, team player to join our growing Digital Agency as a Google Ads Specialist.

The successful candidate will own the execution, optimization, and reporting of complex, high-performance marketing campaigns across various verticals and industries, ensuring clients meet their growth and goals.

Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Canada & Hyderabad offices.

Key Responsibilities

The core focus of this role is the hands-on management and optimization of our client's paid search campaigns:

End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Strategy & Implementation: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and strategic audience segmentation to build high-converting campaigns from the ground up.

Tracking & Reporting: Implement advanced conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and provide comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for clients and the team.

Analysis & Insight: Utilize Google Analytics 4 to analyze user behavior, campaign attribution, and overall funnel performance to inform optimization strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the SEO, Content, and Sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital marketing strategy.

Continually deploy A/B test campaigns: In order to optimize campaign performance Continuously explore alternatives and new strategies options to be integrated into the existing campaigns

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, dedicated experience managing significant Google Ads & Meta Ads budgets (agency experience is a strong asset).

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of the Google Ads platform, Meta Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

Certifications: Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping) and GA4 + GTM are highly preferred.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.

Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
