Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth by executing effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
  • Exceed sales targets consistently for the assigned region.
  • Ensure all lead data is entered into the CRM system accurately and updated regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and value delivery.
  • Provide customized solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client-focused proposals and documentation.
  • Conduct pricing discussions and work with technical teams to finalize scope documents.
  • Manage both international and domestic client communications efficiently.
