Job Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US clients (Direct, MSP, State, Federal)
- Specialize in hiring for Banking, Finance, eCommerce, and Retail domains
- Deep understanding of US Visa types including H1B, GC, USC, TN
- Handle tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099
- Experience in contract, contract-to-hire (CTH), and full-time placements
- Screen and assess applications based on technical and soft skills
- Source candidates from portals, databases, references, and Boolean search
- Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
- Build long-term candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth candidate onboarding
Key Skills & Requirements
- Understanding of IT job functions and US hiring practices
- Expertise in Boolean search and keyword optimization
- Experience with Direct/MSP/Federal/State clients or Prime Vendors
- Knowledge of US tax terms and visa regulations
- Proficient in ATS platforms: Job Diva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, Recruiterbox, Jobvite
- Familiar with job portals: Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, TechFetch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
