About the Role:

This is a Growth marketing manager role where he/she will be responsible for Handling Social media ad channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Linkedin & Apple Search Ads.

Responsibilities & KRAs:

Handles Social media ad channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Linkedin & Apple Search Ads. The ability to work to establish a platform-specific content strategy that is in sync with the brand s philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest while upholding creativity standards. Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimize ROI on spending Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers. Develops marketing strategy for the above channels by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. Research and assess, implement emerging methodologies and practices and make recommendations for the marketing channel. Work closely with other functions product, business development, marketing finance & data analytics to plan, execute, and report marketing campaigns. Qualifications/Skills required : 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs of total working experience Bachelor's degree; MBA from Tier 1 or 2 colleges preferred but not a must Experience working in an e-commerce platform Experience with creating theme and situation based campaigns Understanding of in-app user navigation and journeys SQL is a Plus Customer-Centric Approach to problem-solving Problem-solving skills in constrained environments Ability to derive actionable insights from consumer data and campaign information Ability to work with multiple stakeholders An innate desire to win!
