Senior Software Developer - CCM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Developer specializing in Customer Communication Management (CCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and project execution, coupled with deep expertise in CCM tools, particularly CSF Designer. This role requires a self-starter who can contribute individually while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a global setting and available to overlap with onshore teams during EST business hours (1:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and system analysis to design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.
• Execute migrations from CSF MVS (mainframe) to CSF Designer in a Windows environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency with HPX Live, CSF Designer (v14.0 and v16.0), CSF Classic (v4.6), and Mainframes zOS, utilizing tools such as Endeavor and File Manager.
• Integrate systems with document composition tools, including DOC1, CSF legacy, CSF Designer, and HP/OpenText Exstream.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-cultural and multi-lingual teams.
• Contribute as an individual contributor and actively participate in team projects.
• Maintain availability to overlap with onshore teams during EST business hours (1:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST).

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development and project execution.
• Extensive experience with CCM tools, particularly CSF Designer.
• Proven experience migrating from CSF MVS (mainframe) to CSF Designer on Windows.
• Strong working knowledge of HPX Live, CSF Designer (v14.0 and v16.0), CSF Classic (v4.6), Mainframes zOS, Endeavor, and File Manager.
• Experience integrating systems with document composition tools (DOC1, CSF legacy, CSF Designer, HP/OpenText Exstream).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Experience working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual settings.
• Willingness to work during overlapping hours with EST business hours (1:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST).
