Key Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in .NET & C#: Expertise in developing **Desktop and Console applications** using **.NET Framework and C#**.
• .NET Framework Experience: Hands-on experience in working with **.NET versions 4.5+**.
• Modern .NET Exposure: Knowledge of newer **.NET Core and .NET 5+** platforms is preferred.
• Unit Testing & TDD: Strong experience in **unit testing** and ensuring the quality of code through **Test-Driven Development (TDD)**.
• Design Patterns: In-depth understanding and application of **Design Patterns** in software development.
• SOA Expertise: Experience in **Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)** with technologies like **WCF, RESTful Services, or Web Services**.
• SQL Server Knowledge: Proficient in working with **SQL Server 2014 or later**, including writing efficient SQL queries and database management.
• Version Control: Familiarity with version control tools like **Git**.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• End-to-End Development: Engage in the **full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)** including analysis, design, development, and issue resolution.
• Code Reviews and Mentoring: Conduct **code reviews** and provide **mentorship to junior developers**, ensuring high coding standards and quality.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain **technical documentation** related to development work, project progress, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Hands-On Development: Actively participate in writing and testing code, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Be involved in all stages of development.
• Performance Optimization: Write **high-performance, optimized code** that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Desired Experience

• Minimum **2 years of experience** in .NET development, particularly in **Console and Desktop Applications**.
