Key Skills & Requirements

• OOPs Concepts: Strong understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** concepts with **C#**.
• Web Frameworks: Expertise in **ASP.NET and MVC** (version 4 and above) for building web applications.
• Modern .NET: Exposure to and experience with **.NET Core** for building modern web applications and services.
• Frontend Technologies: Experience with **jQuery, AngularJS, or ReactJS** for frontend development and integration.
• Unit Testing: Knowledge of **unit testing** and best practices to ensure high-quality code.
• Database Skills: Proficient in **MSSQL** with the ability to write optimized queries and handle database operations.
• Methodology: Familiarity with **Agile development methodology** and working in sprints.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Full SDLC Involvement: Participate in the **entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)**, including analysis, development, bug fixing, and monitoring issues.
• Quality Code Development: Write **clean, maintainable, and efficient code** following best practices, design patterns, and ensuring unit testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with **cross-functional teams** to implement features as per business specifications and user requirements.
• Agile Participation: Contribute actively in **Agile development cycles**, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Code Optimization: Ensure all developed features are **high-performing and scalable**, and engage in regular code reviews for continuous improvement.
