Roles and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: -

• Sourcing Strategy & Origin source location development to make the right Supply chain across for fmcg commodities and to develop quality suppliers
• Monitoring development program for Suppliers and training them for future business
• Bringing right & effective systems and process within Procurement function for better productivity and efficiency.
• Supply Chain Management Planning & Replenishment of products on a day-to-daybasis.
• Responsible forProductP/L-To deliver the category financial metrics of Sales,Margins, Inventory turns andmanagingItem count. Also managing volatility & monitoring Price movement, Market value at Risk and Quality of Inventory.
• Bottom Line responsibility- Managing Cost centre by collaborative approach with the Cross functional team and Supplier partners
• Frequent mmarket working with Salesteam to make knowledge transfer in terms of Products, Quality / Grades/ Specs to build the trust & confidence
• To Ensure minimal conflict within the team on prices and Quality by fixing price gap on the ground, Finalization of relevant Marka/ Brand for relevant Categories
• Improve Working Capital efficiency, negotiate higher Vendor Credit days, Lowering DOH by MOQ reduction, Controland betterOrdering mechanism
• Team development & management
