Job Summary
  • Organize, plan, and manage the entire life cycle of recruitment utilizing the budgeted resources to deliver consistent and timely results.
  • Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to support organizational mission, vision, and goals at Emipro.
  • Drive improvements to global recruitment policies and processes to ensure streamlined, effective, and high- quality services are delivered and provide regular recruitment metrics to the Top Management of Emipro.
  • Partner with HR Manager, to provide leadership with thoughtful, meaningful and creative metrics and the interpretation and application of the results.
  • Engage in workforce planning and forecasting organization-wide; collaborate with Business development and hiring managers to identify priority programs and source talent in advance of open positions.
  • Work as part of the Leadership hiring team and work on mid to senior-level mandates.
  • Supervise overall advertisement processes like Job Portals, social media platforms, etc.
  • Manage different other sources of hiring like Job Fairs, Employer branding & Campus Hiring.
  • Be responsible for all the technical, functional, and behavioural training required for the performance and career development of the entire talent acquisition team and own the same with the Talent Development function.
  • Need to keep yourself updated with all the platforms in which Emipro is carrying out the business.

Qualification :
MBA in HR
Experience Required :

Minimum 30 Years
