Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and prepare detailed proposals for bidding on projects through various bidding portals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project details and ensure proposals are accurate and comprehensive.
- Monitor bidding portals for new opportunities and evaluate them to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Review and assess client specifications, creating clear and concise documentation for bids.
- Provide support in the development of pricing strategies, timelines, and deliverables for proposals.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure bid compliance and timely submission.
- Track the progress of submitted bids and follow up with clients as necessary to ensure success.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to bid status and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business analysis or bidding processes, with a focus on bidding portals.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and proposal preparation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business analysis tools.
