Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Hardware to lead our embedded hardware development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complete electronic circuits, creating prototypes, and managing the transition from design to production. This role also involves leading and mentoring a team of hardware engineers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the hardware development efforts for embedded system projects.
  • Design and develop end-to-end electronic circuits and schematics.
  • Create and test prototypes and sample hardware.
  • Oversee the hardware lifecycle from concept through to mass production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and testing teams.
  • Guide and mentor a team of hardware engineers to meet project goals and timelines.

Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
  • Strong understanding of embedded system hardware design.
  • CDAC certification in VLSI or a related specialization is a plus.
