Job Summary
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in learning and development with a fast-growing organisation or a multinational with demonstrable examples of creating a direct impact
  • Experience in management of end to end learning and development programmes (Training Need Analysis - content development - identification of partners - Delivery- impact assessment)
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in identifying and implementing optimal learning platforms (LMS, CMS etc.) to enhance training effectiveness
  • Knowledge of Effective learning and development methods. Also, L&D interventions (cloud based, digital, micro learning, gamification, coaching, Instructor Lead Trainings (ILT), Virtual ILTs, e-Learning)
  • Experience and familiarity with online learning technology and virtual delivery technology is ideal
  • Experience in working with external agencies/outsourcing partners in delivering various L&D interventions and learning solutions
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and clients.
