About the Role

We re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to bring our brand to life through dynamic visual content. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, an eye for design, and experience creating compelling video and motion graphics across digital platforms, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand content objectives and design direction
• Develop storyboards and design concepts to visualize ideas effectively
• Edit and produce high-quality videos that align with the brand s goals and messaging
• Apply strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling in all video outputs
• Integrate feedback efficiently, making revisions to ensure deliverables meet creative and technical expectations
• Maintain technical accuracy, ensuring all video outputs meet resolution, format, and platform-specific standards
• Communicate ideas and revisions clearly to stakeholders, fostering smooth collaboration
• Stay current with trends in motion design, video editing, and digital media
• Ensure all video assets are aligned with brand guidelines and enhance brand recognition
• Continuously explore and adopt new editing techniques, tools, and design trends

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong attention to detail with a fact-based and analytical approach
• Proficiency in Movavi (required), and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools is preferred
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects
• Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different technologies as needed by the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Equivalent experience or certifications in video production or design will also be considered
