Job Description

• Identify prospective vendor for sheet metal , machined, forged, die cast, parts and assemblies.
• Control cost of components received wrt standard cost.
• Devise Framework for integrated vendor and RM sourcing.
• Development of tools, Gauges fixtures required at Supplier
• Ensure OK On Time In Full usage of tool/ Gauge/ fixture at supplier end incl on time Preventive maintenance
• De Risking of suppliers.
• Achieve set targets for component development aggressively.
• Cost saving through new supplier development
• Help business units to achieve their unit cost by efficient supply chain practices.

Desired Skills and Experience :

• 10 15 Years of experience in SCM
• BE- Mechanical /DME
• Having good knowledge of Supplier development and Costing
