Roles and Responsibilities
1. To call and follow up with potential candidates and screen resumes as per the company's requirement.2. Sourcing the candidates from job portals such as Naukri , Internshala etc..3. Coordinating with the candidates and Team leaders for the interview process.4. Screening the resumes and contacting only relevant candidates.5. Responsible for end to end recruitment -interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates according to assigned requisitions.6. Ability to research and understand the business process.7. 5 days a week, 9 hours
Desired Candidate Profile
Skill Set::1. Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.2. Comfortable with MS-Excel, MS-Word etc.3. Good computer knowledge.4. Ability to handle targets.
