Roles and Responsibilities

• To assemble raw videos into a finished project that matches clients requirements and is suitable for end users.
• Take a brief from Content Analyst/IDs needs and specifications.
• Trim video segments and put together in the logical sequence of the final video.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industrys best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Ultimately, a Video Editor should be able to bring video and sound together in order to tell a cohesive storyline.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Impressive presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Some experience of using video and editing equipment.
• Excellent command over MS PowerPoint.
• Creative thinker.
• Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred.
