Product Manager-product Api's Job in Exotel Techcom Pvt. Ltd

• Derive inputs from overall product & organisational strategy to feed into the product roadmap
• Interact and coordinate with customers and customer-facing teams to gather and analyze customer requirements and market trends
• Create PRDs and provide all supporting artefacts like API Contract, Design Document and Business Case
• Prioritize the implementation of new features ensuring overall quality and experience
• Participate in the entire product life cycle, SDLC and maintain the sanity of Agile Processes
• Monitor and measure success metrics of products and features
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
• Create support and training documents for internal and external stakeholders
• Evangelize product mindset and innovation across the organization
• Analyze competition

What we look for?

• Work experience of 2-5 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner. A prior technical experience will be an add-on
• A good understanding of APIs, AWS & NFRs is a must to have
• Experience in writing clear and detailed requirement documents, user stories and strategic documents (Business Case, GTM, Pricing Plan, etc.)
• Familiarity with market research, consumer behaviour and marketing techniques
• Hands-on experience with web technologies, REST APIs and UI/UX techniques
• Knowledge of process management tools, like Aha, Jira or Trello
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Deep user empathy and skilled in stakeholder management

It can be an API Documentation, Dev Portal link, Developer Forum contribution, case-study, launch article, video, blog, support articles, etc. where you have contributed.
