Location: Bang/Hyderabad
What You ll Do
You will be the first point of contact for our clients in resolving technical related inquiries
Responsibilities:
- To resolve software & application issues for the customers
- End to End resolution of customer issues and escalate if necessary
- Work with other Technical & Engineering teams
- To manage inquiries timely and efficiently
What We re Looking For
- 3 -5 years of expertise in Technical support
- Hands on SQL/ORACLE/ETL tools
- Must have active listening skills
- Strong Debugging skills
Experience Required :
3 to 6 Years
