Roles & Responsibilities
- Identification of high footfall retail location for new project
- Competition Tracking - responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of competition across all business parameters.
- Experience and deep understanding of channel management / Franchisee business
- Responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to update information periodically.
- Accountable for delivering the profitability targets for the year by the efficient deployment
- Cost management and growing revenue by exploring the untapped market opportunity.
- Customer Engagement - Working towards delivering a consistent brand experience.
- Will be responsible for the identification, appointment & management of the Master Franchisee & Franchisee Network for the company.
- Should have 8-13 years of experience
- Talent from FMCG, PHARMA, ITC and Telcom are preferred.
- Must have a good understanding of Retail /Channel Management and Franchisee business
- Must be competent to work in a dynamic environment
- Should have a good understanding of the assigned market with good business acumen
