Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identification of high footfall retail location for new project
  • Competition Tracking - responsible for building a comprehensive understanding of competition across all business parameters.
  • Experience and deep understanding of channel management / Franchisee business
  • Responsible for engaging with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to update information periodically.
  • Accountable for delivering the profitability targets for the year by the efficient deployment
  • Cost management and growing revenue by exploring the untapped market opportunity.
  • Customer Engagement - Working towards delivering a consistent brand experience.
  • Will be responsible for the identification, appointment & management of the Master Franchisee & Franchisee Network for the company.


  • Should have 8-13 years of experience
  • Talent from FMCG, PHARMA, ITC and Telcom are preferred.
  • Must have a good understanding of Retail /Channel Management and Franchisee business
  • Must be competent to work in a dynamic environment
  • Should have a good understanding of the assigned market with good business acumen
