Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Analyst who will be responsible for understanding user needs and creating compelling, intuitive designs for digital products. You will play a key role in driving user-centered design decisions, creating user personas, user journeys, and collaborating closely with developers and other team members to deliver exceptional experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user interviews and research to understand pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• User-Centered Design: Work on sitemaps, user journeys, and workflows, translating research insights into actionable design ideas for new products and features.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, sketches, and interactive prototypes to assess the feasibility of design concepts quickly.
• Customer Experience Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their experience when making design decisions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and other functional specialists to create detailed deliverables, ensuring design decisions align with the technical and business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• User-Centered Design Expertise: Knowledge and application of design thinking principles and the ability to empathize with end users.
• Research Skills: Proficient in conducting user research through interviews and workshops with end users and business stakeholders.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Experience in preparing sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes for both web and mobile applications.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex design concepts clearly to stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, and advocate for user needs.
• Visual Design Skills: A strong sense of visual design, with an ability to create appealing and functional user interfaces.
• Tools & Software: Expertise in standard UX design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret user data and translate it into actionable design improvements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Project Management: Understanding of common software project management and development practices.

Good to Have

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX research and design capabilities.
• Experience with AR/VR design is a plus.
