About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager CMS (Cash Management Services) who will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle from strategy and development to launch and post-implementation client engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in driving business growth within the CMS or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Lead and manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy based on market needs and business goals.

Market & Industry Insight

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to ensure product competitiveness and innovation.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to deliver strong product propositions.
  • Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, including documentation, BRD preparation, coordination of technical development, and expectation management through to Go-live.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and nurture strong client relationships post Go-live to support day-to-day operations and strategic engagements.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.

Business Development & Expansion

  • Achieve monthly targets to expand the CMS portfolio by growing wallet share with existing clients.
  • Support strategic planning for new business avenues based on client and market needs.

P&L and Revenue Management

  • Own the product s P&L and ensure consistent revenue growth and profitability.

Service Delivery & Compliance

  • Ensure service levels meet client expectations and SLAs.
  • Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams for smooth and compliant launch of new features and enhancements.

Process Improvement & Product Enhancement

  • Continuously improve internal processes to elevate client experience.
  • Drive product innovation and upgrades tailored to client industries and unique business needs.

Reporting & Insights

  • Provide timely and accurate management reports including monthly performance updates and future projections.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a team with responsibility for performance management, coaching, and development.
  • Minimum of 1 2 years of experience in team management required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Cash Management Services, banking, or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of product management frameworks, client onboarding processes, and revenue ownership
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

Qualification :
Graduate or Postgraduate in a relevant discipline
