Job Summary
Identify and focus efforts of the team to pursue opportunities that demonstrate growth potential Design/execute marketing strategy to achieve revenue targets including: Websites , Product promotion collaterals (videos, brochures, display material) Design/execute sales strategy to achieve above objective including: a. Lead generation through Email campaigns , Lead generation through Cold call campaigns Total Control of Services/product design/development: Ensure to create the basic capability to meet the requirement of pilot/sample jobs to demonstrate to the prospects our ability to deliver with competitive advantage on quality and cost Also reach marketing collaterals in time to support launch of services/product Ensure Smooth Delivery -High operating efficiency in delivery of services/products through High productivity of people with Optimal usage headcount with Fit for purpose processes Accountable for Customer Relationship Manage the HR Team
