Associate/ Manager - Strategy Job in Furlenco

Responsibilites:

Hold the thread for formulation of Annual Business plan and functional roadmaps

Ensure alignment of functional OKRs and processes to company strategy

Identify barriers to achieving Company objectives & overcome them with cross-functional rigour

Ensure each function publishes progress against OKRs, deviations and action plans

Conduct research and analyses of processes, and make strategic recommendations with specific implications to the business

Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and cross-functional projects

Examine strategic performance, spot emerging market opportunities & trends, identify business threats, look for novel strategic solutions, and develop creative action plans

Best practice sharing and benchmarking across Furlenco

This role requires working closely with leadership team and functional heads, exposure to a truly transformative journey and opportunities for tremendous impact and learning

Eligibility:

Graduation + MBA from a premier institute

2-6 years of post-MBA work experience with high proficiency in problem-solving skills required

Consulting or Strategic planning / Chief of staff office experience is an advantage - since this role requires supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes

Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills

Outstanding research and analytical abilities
