Supervisor- Refurbishment Job in Furlenco

Furlenco is looking for smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to continuous improvement and growth. The role will allow you to contribute in the smooth running of the refurbishment process at Furlenco by managing the refurb center.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overseeing of all refurb activities in Refurbishment Center

- Responsible for managing the refurb costs - people, transport, materials etc

- Meeting the weekly targets set by Demand team

- Improve throughput at the refurbishment centre

- Head and lead a team of contractual supervisors at Refurbishment Center

- Candidate must be capable of basic data analysis with good excel knowledge

- Knowledge of manufacturing upholstery and furniture is a must

- 4-6 years of experience with a furniture based industry preferred
