About the Role
We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust technology solutions that align with business goals. You ll collaborate across engineering, product, DevOps, and business teams translating complex requirements into strategic architectural blueprints and delivering high-impact, performant systems. This role is ideal for someone with strong full-stack expertise, a deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, and a passion for building systems that scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise and cloud-based applications.
- Define scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions that align with business needs.
- Choose appropriate tech stacks, frameworks, and tools for performance and maintainability.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Provide architectural guidance, code best practices, and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding guidelines.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Define and implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design systems with high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery in mind.
Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices across applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure compliance with standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business, engineering, and product stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present architectural solutions and trade-offs to executives and clients.
Technical Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture and solution design.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Frontend: JavaScript, React.js, React Native
- Backend: Node.js, Python
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and building data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven systems.
- Proficiency in databases: SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- DevOps familiarity: Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of security protocols and standards: OAuth, JWT, encryption best practices.

- Experience working in fast-paced product environments or startup ecosystems.
- Background in performance tuning and system observability.
