Job Summary

Responsibilities: Utilize proven methods and strategy to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, in order to establish value. Assist team members in meetings, and follow-up to help close ongoing deals. Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities. Coordinate with marketing and business development teams. Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business. Give presentation to the clients. Analyze target clients and converting them into positive leads. Requirement Qualification and Experience: Bachelor s degree or MBA Marketing 0 to 3 years experience in a sales or business development role (Fresher are welcome) Ability to prove sales performance Skills: Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi both written and verbal are essential. Possess strong IT skills(MS Word, Excel etc)
