Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical sales support to Sales team

Responsible to coordinate with the sales team & Design team to make sure the best possible quotation is developed

Coordinate with WEG India Engineering Team for Quotation and technical quires.

Make customer visits and presentations and participate in bid meetings with the customer to discuss technical & commercial comments & deviations.

Estimate budgetary quote. Develop motor technical proposal documents and provide budgetary price quotations to the field sales team.

Respond to various technical questions regarding Machines raised by client

Capable to review motor drawings and data sheets for confirmation of customer requirements and attend customer kick-off meetings.

Track competitor s offerings and assess client situations and propose each customer competitive options which will suffice customer need.

Track WEG motors offerings and prepare report to present to management and provide feedback on market dynamics.

Process Orders to Project management team and attend internal Kick-Off meeting with Design and Contract management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong technical knowledge on rotating electrical Machine.

Strong problem solving skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Prior experience with customer specifications review, proposal development, and contract development and negotiations is preferred.

Ability to work in a team-oriented set-up and develop solutions utilizing the entire WEG portfolio.

Ready to work in office and also extensive travelling may be required to fulfill job requirements.
