Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to drive strategic partnerships and alliances with banks across India. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing partnership strategies, building executive-level relationships, and expanding the organization's footprint through high-value collaborations.

Your core objective will be to accelerate business growth through banking alliances while ensuring alignment with overall business goals and profitability metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Bank Alliances & Partnerships

  • Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with national and regional banks.
  • Develop alliance strategies to expand market reach and unlock new revenue streams.

Business Growth & Development

  • Drive sustainable growth through innovative sales and partnership initiatives.
  • Create and pursue new business opportunities and leads through bank channels.

P&L Ownership

  • Manage the vertical s Profit & Loss, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs and deliver financial targets effectively.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within partner banks.
  • Serve as the key point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic banking partners.

Market Expansion

  • Expand the client base across multiple regions.
  • Continuously identify emerging partnership opportunities to scale the business.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record in business development, partnership management, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to drive the entire sales process from planning to closure.
  • Industry Acumen: Deep understanding of financial products and competitive positioning.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in banking partnerships, fintech, NBFCs, or financial services.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales, B2B alliances, or financial products is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships and complex negotiations.
