Job Summary
Job DescriptionJob Overview: Goodera is looking for an Associate who manages relationships with NGO partners for offering some of the best volunteering opportunities/ experiences on a Global level for our clientele. The goal is to ensure that Goodera has access to the best set of volunteering opportunities across various causes and types on a Pan-India level.
Responsibilities Build new partnerships with NGO that provide relevant volunteering and donation opportunities across different areas of work Understand NGO scope of work and define volunteering opportunities for them as required Ensure proper due diligence is done for each NGO partner as per Goodera standards Liaise with NGO partners to source required opportunities and ensure that events happen smoothly and as per Goodera standards Train NGO partners and build their capacity Build a catalogue of opportunities/offerrings as per requirement to ensure that the demand for volunteering activities is fulfilled across various focus areas, event types and locations Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholdersJob RequirementDesired competencies Prior experience in Social sector is preferred 2-3 years of Work experience is good You must possess excellent organizational skills Ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences Demonstrate high ownership and exude high energy in all tasks Excellent organizational and team coordination abilities Should be able to handle pressure and deadlines in an unstructured work environment
