Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement website updates and landing pages.
  • Maintain and enhance user experience (UX) across Gramener s websites, ensuring mobile responsiveness and adherence to UX best practices.
  • Manage and update WordPress content and themes, improving site performance and functionality.
  • Design visually appealing digital media assets, ensuring consistency with Gramener s brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative design ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure UI style consistency across all landing pages and digital assets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX development.
  • Hands-on experience in website development, landing page design, and WordPress management to improve UX and maintain brand consistency.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for enhancing user experience.
  • Bachelor s degree in design, web development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • A portfolio demonstrating an understanding of UI/UX design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS with experience implementing website changes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
