Job Summary About the role:You will be responsible for the end-to-end training requirements at our fulfillment centres across the country. As a part of this role you will drive the strategy, plan and execution for the requisite training projects aimed at enhancing productivity, scalability and cost optimization across all our fulfillment centres.
What you will do everyday:
  • Manage and drive training programs, through the trainers deployed at our Fulfillment Centres (FCs) across India
  • Ensure proper adherence to all SOPs at these FCs
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Technology, Supply OD & Quality teams for discussions on new process roll-outs, process change request (PCR) and process deviation requests (PDR)
  • Build and share weekly and monthly training reports & dashboards with business owners
  • Iterate and improve existing training modules to drive efficient and scalable outcomes
  • Ensure proper training execution at FCs and conduct regular training audits
  • Coordinate with stakeholders periodically on regular process updates
  • Ensure timely training roll-outs
  • Prepare and analyse training data and share insights with the business
  • Share observations and reports with stakeholders to surface challenges, highlight achievements, and establish the way forward for the Supply Chain Operations
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSSkills you need to do the job:
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience - preferably within the e-commerce segment
  • Experience in creating relevant training modules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
