Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities:

To create and meet targets and deadlines for multiple projects within a game studio.
Should manage day-to-day Project activities and ultimately take responsibility for reaching the objectives.
Design plans for meeting goals and introduce processes to ensure the quality of the work. Should consider many aspects including available budgets, potential risks, time constraints, and resource allocation, tracking development.
Leadership, communication, negotiation skills and being logical, and staying calm under pressure are traits perfect for this role.
Project management and tracking one or more projects independently with minimal supervision.

To Plan and Develop the Project idea.
To Create and Lead the Project teams.
To Monitor Project progress, Set Deadlines and Evaluate Project Performance.
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Able to complete projects on time.
4+ Years of experience in project manager roles.

Qualifications for Project Manager:

Any UG/PG Degree in a related field
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
