Profile Summary HealthAsyst is looking for a technical writer or content writer interested in taking on a challenging role as a product content specialist. If you are the right candidate, you will develop deep understanding of our software product and generate content that will help our customers become expert users of the product. On a day-to-day basis, you will: Develop and structure the content and navigation for the self-help section of our software product. Own the Customer resource portal and develop various content for the portal including, but not limited to: o Video tutorials o FAQs o How-to guides/Instructional articles o Best practices o Training presentations Analyze existing content, identify and fix gaps Perform content chunking and sequencing Engage with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships to build reliable internal SME support.

Desired profile A strong background in technical writing or content writing with 2-6 years of experience in either areas Ability to learn new concepts, applications and solve problems Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas and work collaboratively to get things done Creative and story-telling abilities An eye for design and good skills in PowerPoint Skills in open-source tools for graphic and video editing is desirable, but not mandatory Healthcare domain knowledge is highly desired Prior exposure to working with international customers will be an advantage
