Description

Nurses assess and analyse the patient health status, post-surgical condition, treat and
manage critical patients at their home. Based on this, the nurse would be required to:

Be the face and represent the company in front of the client as brand ambassador.
Maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
Ensure that the care required for each patient is met in accordance with the care plan.
Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with company documented clinical
policies and procedures
Promote patient safety, privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times
Ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient s care or treatment is recorded
accurately
Communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner
