Responsibilities:

• Finalization of books of account and statutory records of group companies
• Timely closure of books of group companies
• Review of audit report, accounting policy
• Validation of Tax Computation of group companies
• Strong knowledge of IND AS,
• Need base visit to group companies.
• Analysis of Cost Vs Benefit on Major expenses Spends
• Co-ordinations with internal and Statutory Auditor

Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with around 5 + years of work experience in Finalization of accounts, Strong knowledge of IND AS, review of audit report, accounting policy, validation of Tax Computation, Co-ordinations with internal and Statutory Auditor etc.
