Job Summary
  • Planning & Executing the Projects to achieve the Targeted dates with check list & Quality Specification.
  • Collaborating with engineers, architects ,Consultant etc. to determine the specifications of the project, Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations, Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria in designing infrastructure projects.
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies. Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with design team and ensure accuracy of all documents and maintain cost control on all projects and maintain quality at all times.
  • Adherence to Internal Processes, adherence to construction execution, contract and planning process as defined in relevant SOP. Accurate and timely updating of ERP at all stages of execution, planning, contracting process as per SOP.
  • Overall responsibility of civil project/Maintenance activity. To ensure the preventive maintenance of drains, water Proofing works, Clean room works, floor finishes works, Modification worksheet...
  • Conducting a weekly review meeting with Civil, PEB & MEP Contractors and preparing the MOM for the same.
  • Provision of Annual budget for project. Statutory compliance regarding building & site work. Enforce safe work practices.
  • Ensure that the systems of permit to work are followed as per EHS Guidelines.
  • Maintain good documentation documents as regards civil maintenance/project activity.
