Requirements:

  • Chartered accountant with 2-4 yrs of Post qualification experience (or 5-7 yrs including articleship experience)

  • Articleship experience from Big4

  • Prior Start-up experience (and specifically B2B SaaS) is added advantage

  • US GAAP and Compliances knowledge is mandatory

  • Strong Excel, analytic, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager in Hubilo, you will be assisting the team for accounting and periodic financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP principles and responsible for the following:

  • Preparation of monthly management MIS, variance analysis, drive monthly Balance Sheet closing activities.

  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

  • Review and update accounting policies, implement accounting practices in compliance with US GAAP. Set up processes and internal controls to improve financial control and accounting quality. Assist with process implementations, preparation, and adherence to key control activities.

  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and US regulatory compliances including IRS code, ASC code

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, annual filings under US compliances are filed within due dates

  • Assist in audits like statutory audits with company auditors, Tax audits, Internal Audits and any audit conducted by Investors.
