• To begin the work with about 10 hours per week
• Potentially increase to around 30-40 per week with a solid track record of performance

The Job

• Key responsibilities areas:
• The Offshore Management Accountant is responsible for managing a team of 3-4 staff members
• Oversee the payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and day-to-day operation
• Monthly/fortnightly reconciliation of Debit Cards & Corporate Cards
• Work with the team to ensure all invoices are raised in a timely manner
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Check, review and monitor cash receipts (sales/collections)
• Fact-checking accounting
• High level of customer service resolution
• Workplace confidentiality management
• Support the Finance Team on any ongoing queries and offshore projects
• All software would be provided

Ideal Candidate

• Key Competencies:
• At least 5+ years of management experience in a similar role
• Experienced management accountant with bookkeeping experience is highly preferred
• CPA or CA qualifications are preferred but not necessary
• Outstanding communicator (75 plus PTE scores)
• Must pass a 90-minute remote exam on MYOB and Australian bookkeeping knowledge
• Experience in working with Australian clients and living in Australia is an advantage
• Candidates from offshore are a must
