Manager Supply Chain Management Job in Hypro

Responsibilities

• Source search, identification, and selection
• RFP, RFQ, Quote, quote comparison, and evaluation
• Price negotiation and finalization
• Contracts with vendors/ external providers
• New product development with the vendor
• Technical discussions on drawings, processes, and part development with vendors, and internal design teams
• Supplier Audits
• Quality inspection/ control/ assurance of sourced part / service
• Vendor Risk management
• Procurement planning and schedules to vendors
• Delivery tracking: Plan vs actual
• Timely servicing of customer requirements
• Adherence to SOPs and guidelines

Education & Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical having equivalent technical manufacturing environment with 8-11 yrs of experience
• Preferred Industry background EPC company in Process Field

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to multi-task, and adjust priorities
• Ability to manage customers, suppliers, and internal functional groups (as necessary)
• Good communication skills, sensible, team leader
• Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems & Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain engineeringoperations andbest practices
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
