Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities -


Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, from candidate profile generation through sourcing, interviewing, influencing hiring decisions, making compensation recommendation in discussion with hiring managers, salary negotiations with candidate, following up with the candidate till he onboards with the client.

- Produce status reports indicating recruiting activity, and candidate status.

- Candidates needs to be aware of new innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices and needs to know how to utilize web searches and social media sites to create communicate and generate leads

- Proven experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals.



Desired Candidate Profile -


- Background in a reputed recruitment agency is desirable

- Strong Sourcing Skills using Job Boards & social media


- Good Experience of working with Internet / E-commerce companies

- Effective communication skills (oral & written); ability to persuade and negotiate salaries with candidates

- Ability to work as an individual contributor & a strategic Thinker

- Skills in database management and reporting

- Ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment
