Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Sales Manager Trade Sales to lead the growth of our Trade Finance & Services portfolio for corporate clients. This role involves sourcing, structuring, and implementing both funded and non-funded trade finance solutions while driving asset growth and revenue. You will work closely with Relationship Managers, Risk teams, and product specialists to deliver customized trade solutions and manage portfolio risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in Trade Finance and Services by expanding the asset book and increasing transaction volumes.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential corporate clients, including New-To-Bank (NTB) prospects.
  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies for each client, conducting regular reviews to ensure goal alignment.
  • Collaborate with Coverage and Risk teams to structure optimal trade solutions and manage portfolio risk.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Trade and Capital Account businesses.
  • Provide strategic feedback to Product and Strategy teams to enhance the Transaction Banking product suite.
  • Lead trade sales strategy execution, including product development, sales planning, and service delivery to meet business targets.
  • Train and update Relationship Managers on trade and capital account products and services.
  • Ensure timely implementation of trade transactions and assist clients in resolving queries.
  • Maintain operational discipline by managing deferrals and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Build sector-specific expertise to enhance client engagement and portfolio management.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate: Any discipline
  • Postgraduate: Any specialization

Experience:

  • 5 10 years of relevant experience in product sales, specifically in Trade Finance within banking or financial services
