Job Summary
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Leading or assisting the project and working on its completion.
2. Contribute towards the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives.
3. Examining financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.
4. Projecting quality control and monitoring production KPIs.
5. Collaborating with different stakeholders such as NGOs, WHO, etc.
6. Creating a roadmap of the projects appointed.
Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor s degree in Management or related field required, Masters and some past experience in Operations preferred.
2. Completed degree or pursuing from a recognized institution that meet the minimum education requirement above.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
1. Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
2. Budget development and oversight experience.
3. Familiarity with organizational and financial principles and practices.
4. Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics.
5. Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc).
6. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
7. Leadership and organizational skills.
Salary : Stipend: 5,000 per month
