Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns within the financial services or stock broking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, display ads, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content for improved search rankings and visibility.

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging materials for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social media.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with stock market events, trading seasons, and product launches.

Social Media Management:

  • Grow and maintain the company s social media presence across multiple channels.
  • Tailor and curate content for diverse audiences including retail investors, HNIs, and traders.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to inquiries and building brand loyalty.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns through paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Improve landing pages and lead forms to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure efficient lead handoff and nurturing.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, etc.
  • Monitor KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and guide future strategies.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance organic traffic.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and perform A/B testing for improved ROI.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for new and existing clients.
  • Segment mailing lists based on customer behavior and preferences.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and client needs.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase in website traffic and user engagement (sessions, bounce rate, time on site).
  • Growth in social media followers and engagement rates.
  • Improved search engine rankings for key stock broking terms.
  • Number and quality of leads generated monthly and conversion rates.
  • Cost-per-lead (CPL) and ROI for paid campaigns.
  • Email campaign open and click-through rates (CTR).

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and similar marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
