Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java (backend) and Flutter (frontend/mobile), along with advanced AWS cloud infrastructure skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in the stock broking or financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust financial and trading applications using Java (Spring Boot) for the backend and Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services, including EC2, Elastic Load Balancer, VPC, with an emphasis on scalability and high availability.
• Set up and manage telemetry and performance monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana to ensure system reliability and incident response.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for handling market data ingestion, order flow, and trade lifecycle using Elasticsearch and relational databases.
• Securely integrate external systems including market data feeds, KYC platforms, and trading gateways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams Product, QA, and DevOps for seamless development and deployment workflows.
• Enforce modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry security standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of full stack development experience, preferably in the finance, trading, or stock broking domain.
• Expertise in Java technologies (Spring Boot, REST APIs, multithreading, JMS).
• Strong proficiency in Flutter for mobile and web app development (iOS/Android/Web).
• Deep practical knowledge of AWS cloud services, including:
• EC2: provisioning, scaling, automation, and security groups.
• Elastic Load Balancer: configuration, routing, auto-scaling, and health checks.
• Elasticsearch: setup, query optimization, and monitoring.
• Monitoring Tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and containerization with Docker.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficient in MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch.
• In-depth knowledge of financial protocols, compliance requirements, and secure coding practices.
• Demonstrated success in building low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with microservices, serverless (AWS Lambda), and API Gateway.
• Exposure to market data vendors (e.g., NSE, BSE, MCX, Bloomberg).
• Experience in building real-time dashboards and analytics in the fintech domain.
• AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer).
