Fleet Manager (Operations)
Location: Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of one or more charging and parking hubs. You will be responsible for fleet performance, vehicle security, maintenance, manpower management, and administrative compliance, ensuring smooth last-mile delivery operations using electric 3-wheel vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Supervise last-mile deliveries to ensure timely, damage-free, and secure shipments while minimizing NDR/RTO losses.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and recruit support staff, supervisors, and delivery partners; foster an ownership culture at hubs.
  • Fleet Productivity: Maximize vehicle readiness through daily audits, regular inventory checks, and asset management.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage hub expenses, petty cash, and statutory compliance; co-own revenue and profitability targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer escalations, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and ensure recovery of lost shipments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports via ERP systems and MS Excel.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years in logistics and 1+ year managing blue-collar delivery partners.
  • Regional Expertise: Strong familiarity with the Dwarka or Gurgaon regions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel, email, and smartphone-based operational tools.
  • Core Skills: Expertise in rostering, route-wise allocation, conflict resolution, and negotiation.
