MIS Specialist / Data Analyst (Central Operations)
Location: Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for an MIS Specialist / Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in Central Operations. You will manage data systems, ensure accuracy, and generate insights to drive data-driven decision-making across leadership, operations, and product teams. This role combines technical expertise with leadership to optimize business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Execute projects using advanced techniques to uncover insights and optimization opportunities.
  • System Development: Build and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Data Integrity: Design and implement processes to ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely availability.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor analyst-level team members; oversee the quality and accuracy of their work.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Interpret and present analytical findings to leadership, sales, and operations teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the data request process and anticipate future data solutions for evolving business needs.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in data/BI roles, with at least 6 months leading a team.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel and ETL/BI skills.
    • Ability to write complex SQL queries involving multiple tables and subqueries.
    • Knowledge of data mining, predictive analytics, and multi-source data integration.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, quantitative abilities, and multi-project management.

Good to Have

  • Experience with hypothesis testing and designing statistical experiments.
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.

Additional Attributes

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week and extended hours when required.

B.Tech / BCA / MCA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
