Operations Executive (Central Operations)
Location: Delhi

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee and streamline daily operations across multiple hubs. This role ensures process compliance, operational efficiency, and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will act as the central point for monitoring operations, reporting metrics, and resolving field issues to maintain high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Operations: Identify operational or system issues affecting performance at client sites and hubs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Manage timely reports for fleet deployment, delivery performance, and vehicle utilization.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze operational issues, propose solutions, and manage client escalations.
  • Payroll & Manpower: Maintain detailed tracking of manpower costs, attendance, and operational incidents.
  • Process Improvement: Support fleet managers in identifying opportunities and ensuring manpower availability.
  • Team Support: Address queries from field teams regarding policies, incentives, and operational KPIs.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a central operations role, preferably in a high-growth startup.
  • Staff Management: Prior experience managing blue-collar staff.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated city.
  • Flexibility to work 6 days a week and extended hours when required.
