Supervisor (EV Fleet Operations)
Location: Delhi

About Us

Indus Motors Green provides electric vehicles and drivers to e-commerce, e-grocery, and institutional clients for last-mile delivery. Supervisors are stationed at client hubs to ensure smooth operations, timely reporting, and on-time delivery of shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Supervision: Monitor, track, and supervise field executives to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Operational Standards: Ensure vehicles report on time, drivers maintain grooming standards, and quality checks are completed.
  • Maintenance & Charging: Ensure EV breakdowns are serviced quickly and vehicles are regularly serviced and charged.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct daily briefings with driver partners, motivate teams, and monitor daily attendance.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve enroute issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on client complaints to prevent recurrence.
  • Reporting: Manage daily reporting as per the roster and expedite delivery dispatches.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Supervisory Experience: Minimum 6 months as a supervisor, preferably in a blue-collar or delivery environment.
  • Delivery Experience: Minimum 3 months in grocery or e-commerce delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate a smartphone and read English.
  • Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local areas and delivery routes.

Additional Requirements

  • Age & Health: Should not be more than 35 years old and in good health.
  • Background: Clear background checks with no criminal record.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 10 12 hour shifts as required.
