Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet our business goals.
  • An HR Director must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
  • Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset. Oversee HR policies and standards, liaise between people, top management and organizational goals.
  • Initiate, articulate and amplify values, culture, and goals within the organization.
  • Identifying future requirements/trends/threats/outcomes/competitions related to HR and designing strategies to adopt/mitigate the same.
  • Maintain performance management.
  • Ensure our hiring and on-boarding procedures are effective for diverse groups.
  • Observe and maintain HR procedures and tools effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives
  • Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, onboarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions

Requirements:

  • Work experience in HR leadership role, preferably form IT service company
  • Experience in strategic planning
  • In-depth knowledge and strong command of all HR functions
  • Strategic understanding of matters such as employee welfare, performance, hiring, culture transformation, and organizational development, and employer branding.
  • Deep knowledge of legal HR compliance matters.
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
